To-Do
List
Purpose: The To-Do List is a time management
tool designed to help manage what needs to be done for various corporate
activities.
Overview: You can enter tasks that need to be
accomplished for each company or you can use the Automated To-Do List. By pressing one of the buttons on the right
side of the form a list of activities are automatically passed onto the To-Do
List. You can modify the list by
adding, deleting, or editing the contents. You many decide not to use the automated list altogether and list only
those things that you feel need to be accomplished. How ever you decide to use the list it is
only a tool to help you complete corporate activities

Company Tabs: The lists are organized by company so you can maintain separate lists
for each company. Press a company tab
to see the to-do list for the selected company.

Word Processor: The text area is a simple word processor. You can copy and paste data from and to
other documents then save them to the CMS database. Simple text formatting is also available.

Automated To-Do List Buttons: The automated
To-do lists contain details of what can be done to set up the Corporate
Manager Software and what can be done to set up Director and Shareholder
Meetings. You can press one of the
buttons to paste the suggested list into the word processor then modify the
list by selecting and deleting items and adding items where needed.
